Holly Spence, CNM is back!!

Holly S. Spence, CNM, MSN, has been working in the women’s health arena for nearly a decade. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, and graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After supporting women and their families through the birthing process as a labor and delivery nurse for 7 years, Holly graduated from California State University, Fullerton at the top of her midwifery class with a Master of Science in Nursing.  She enjoys guiding women through their healthcare journey over a lifespan, including pregnancy and childbirth. She worked with NWWC from 2011 to 2020 and then had to take a leave due to COVID-19. Now that the pandemic is more controlled, she is back! She joined NWWC again August 2022.

Through active listening and education, Holly supports women in making informed decisions about their health and their birth experiences. She is available to see patients for their yearly annuals, birth control, to discuss pregnancy and childbirth, and to help with small gynecologic issues. Holly Spence will see patients in office only and will NOT be on call or doing deliveries at this time.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys reading, traveling, attempting to cook, and spending time with her wife and three children!

***Holly Spence will be leaving NWWC after April 7th to move with her family down to Texas. She will be deeply missed! Until that time she would be happy to continue caring for your medical needs and introduce you to the other physicians and/or midwives in our clinic.***
